Process:
In-person: We'll conduct a one-hour consultation at your home to observe your pet in their natural environment and discuss their history, daily routine, and the specific behaviors of concern.
Online: A one-hour video call where we'll discuss your pet's behavior in detail. You will be asked to provide short video clips beforehand to help us assess the situation accurately. This format is especially convenient for clients in remote areas.
Hybrid: We will start with a one-hour in-person consultation at your home, followed by a detailed review via a 30-minute video call to finalize the action plan.
What you get: You'll receive a detailed written report summarizing our findings, an analysis of the behavioral triggers, and a personalized action plan with clear, actionable steps.
Note: Please contact us for the availability of in-person sessions. Any location outside of a 30-minute perimeter from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, may be subject to availability and extra travel charges.
